Mango Avocado Protein Smoothie
Ingredients;
1 cup frozen mango chunks
1/2 cup plain kefir
1/2 cup almond milk
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I use Vega)
1/4 of an avocado
Topped with Qia (Chia, hempseeds, and buckwheat grouts) by Nature's Path
