Mango Avocado Protein Smoothie
Ingredients;
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1/2 cup plain kefir
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I use Vega)
- 1/4 of an avocado
Topped with Qia (Chia, hempseeds, and buckwheat grouts) by Nature's Path
