Mango Avocado Protein Smoothie

 
Ingredients;
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup plain kefir
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I use Vega)
  • 1/4 of an avocado
Topped with Qia (Chia, hempseeds, and buckwheat grouts) by Nature's Path
